Starting as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Intrinsic Digital, I began by optimizing the SOPs for our campaign team and facilitating both campaign and creative (banners + videos) efforts. As a leader, I suggested a revamp of our creative templates, which enabled a 100% increase in creative efficiency. These efforts helped to transform these services from servicing a client need to becoming a revenue generator with minimal overhead. Due to our creative success, we became our own department and I earned the title as Director of Creative Services. Today, I lead an international team of 12 people, facilitating a positive environment with opportunity for growth and ensuring the successful delivery of over 1,250+ monthly creative assignments. I’m extremely grateful for the wonderful team and culture at Intrinsic that enabled my success.

Founder – 2023 to Present
After creating animated designs for nearly a decade in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop, I saw the opportunity to create a website for automatically generated animated banners. The website is also setup as a marketplace for other motion designers who can submit their own designs to the website. The website enables designers to target a larger market and offer passive income for all parties involved.
I worked with several individuals including Logo Designers, UI/UX Designers, Front & Backend Developers, and a team of over 15 Motion Graphic Designers to allow for this vision come to life. Upon release, the priority will be Marketing & SEO to expand the reach of the platform.
Since launch, the website has received 1,000,000 page views, 50,000 renders and 1,000 paid orders.
Freelance Motion Graphics Designer – 2014 to Present
My journey as a motion designer has taught me the value of offering great service to clients. I am proud to maintain my place as the #1 provider within my sector of the gaming industry with my work receiving an average of 250 million monthly impressions. This status allows me to charge premium rates for my work; receiving over $100 per hour. With high demands in recent years, I was required to quickly adapt to keep up. This meant employing freelance motion designers to support preliminary steps in the creative process. While this was born out of necessity, it has allowed me expand my project capacity over 5 times, and only requires an outlay of 10-15% for labor costs.
