About Me

My name is Andrew Platt. Over the past 13 years, I’ve gained experience through entrepreneurship and creative, establishing myself as a strategic problem-solver which drives business success. Currently, I am the Creative Director for Intrinsic Digital, where I manage a global team of 14 designers. For me, leadership goes beyond metrics; it’s about supporting individual growth and empowering every team member to reach their potential. In my role, I am responsible to manage relationships with our platform providers, design custom workflows and help lead hiring and budget efforts.
