About Me

Over the past 13 years, I gained experience through running my own businesses and working within start up environments. Working in these fast paced settings, I established myself as a creative problem-solver that drives business success.

In my current role as Creative Director for Intrinsic Digital, I manage a global team of 14 designers. Leading a team goes beyond metrics; it’s important to lead with empathy and enabling individuals to reach their goals. I am responsible for building custom workflows and creative templates, leading and organizing side projects, and leading hiring and budget efforts. My dedication has enabled our team to seamlessly deliver a record of 1,500 creatives per month, between animated banners and videos.
